At INKON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your INKON account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and protective wraps remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
